Mason jar (I used the smallest version available)
Hand wash with pump
Strong pair of scissors
Knife
Marker pen
Chopping board
String or twine (for decoration, if wanted)
So easy to do and in total this cost me £1.58! Get in touch if you have any questions at all - or tag me in your creations over on Instagram (@dove_cottage), I'd love to have a look!

Method:
1. Pour the hand wash into the mason jar, then use the empty hand wash bottle to measure a hole for the pump. To do this remove the plate part of the lid and draw a circle around the bottle top onto the underside.
2. Next score a small hole into the lid with a knife, then cut the metal down to the marked circle using a strong pair of scissors. This is a bit tricky so be careful, you might like to put a chopping board under the lid (or get your husband to do it, like I did!)

3. After you've cut the metal, fold it back to create a hole big enough to push the pump from the hand wash bottle through.
4. Replace the lid and voila! You might need to chop a bit off the end of the pump so it fits neatly into the jar. I also decorated the jar with some twine to jazz it up a little.
